Thomas & Julia Toronto is a growing online fashion brand, and we are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help shape and strengthen our visual identity across all platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly graphics for our website, including banners, product visuals, and promotional content

  • Create marketing materials for social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements

  • Enhance the overall user experience through thoughtful and conversion-focused designs

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate ideas into strong visual concepts

  • Ensure brand consistency across all designs and channels

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within E-commerce or digital marketing

  • Strong skills in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar software

  • Excellent sense of aesthetics, layout, and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

We are looking for a Customer Experience & Sales Associate to support our customers and represent the Thomas & Julia Toronto brand with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and online channels

  • Provide friendly, clear, and solution-oriented customer support

  • Assist customers with sizing, fit, product questions, and order information

  • Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey from start to finish

  • Support daily E-commerce operations where needed

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, retail, or E-commerce (fashion experience is a plus)

  • Strong written communication skills in English

  • Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
