Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

Returns can only be requested after the order has been physically received by the customer.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees and any customs or handling charges.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.

Trying on items for fitting purposes is permitted; however, items may not be worn beyond fitting.

Orders placed with the intent of purchasing multiple sizes or variations to return part of the order are not accepted.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Return Process
Please follow the steps below to ensure proper handling of your return:

Register your return by contacting us at info@thomasjuliatoronto.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier, which may be located outside of Canada, including China.

Ship the item back at your own expense, including all shipping, customs, and related fees.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be refused or delayed.
Refunds

After the returned item has been received and inspected, and confirmed to meet our return requirements, a refund will be issued.

Refunds are processed within 30 days after approval.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Liability & Responsibility

We are not responsible for lost packages once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, responsibility lies with the customer.

Address changes or corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
